The personal data you share with our Company verbally, in writing, or electronically, either automatically or non-automatically—such as your name, surname, national ID number, date of birth, address, email address, mobile phone number, flight mileage number and details, passport information (number, issuance and expiry date, copy), travel insurance policy details, and the information of persons traveling with you—are processed by our Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and relevant regulations.

Your personal data is collected, used, and stored for purposes such as providing the travel services you request (accommodation, transportation, ground services, etc.), completing your reservations, issuing tickets, and carrying out marketing activities such as informing you about special offers, discounts, and campaigns.

Sharing and Transfer of Your Data

Depending on the nature of the service provided, your personal data may be shared with our domestic or international affiliates, group companies, authorized sales agents, and all service providers connected to your travel (hotels, airlines, transfer companies, etc.).

• To object to any outcome against you arising solely from automated systems analyzing your personal data,

• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
