We know the problem
These aren't our words; they're the concerns boat owners have voiced for years. Against each one you'll find not a promise, but a mechanism you can inspect.
Surprise bill
"The craftsman quotes a price; when the job's done, the invoice is something else entirely."
An itemised written quote comes to you for approval; the final cost cannot exceed the approved amount - if the job comes in cheaper, the difference is refunded. Our coordination fee also appears on its own line; there is no hidden margin inside the craftsman's price.
Look through a closed job file (740 € → 698 €) →Unnecessary work
"I don't know if it was needed - the battery was fine, but they said it 'must be replaced'."
Our system also records saying "no need": we don't propose work that isn't needed, and we even log the decisions where we tell you "don't do this one this year". Every quote states the reason, "what happens if it isn't done" and the things we didn't recommend - you make the decision with the facts.
Look at the "we didn't recommend" line in the quote →A job with no end in sight
"The job drags on and on; the boat is left forgotten in the yard for months."
Every job has a planned start and finish date; progress is logged to a time-stamped schedule. If there's a delay we tell you without hiding it - the notice itself is logged too, and your delivery target counts down in the panel.
See a job's timeline →No word at all
"When I call, no one picks up; I go months without word of my boat."
The status is open in your panel at any moment; with one tap you request a current photo, and it arrives within 24 hours. Your point of contact has a name - every record in your panel carries the name of whoever did the job.
Browse the sample panel →Winter and storms
"When a storm hits in winter, who's going to be on the boat?"
We track Göcek's wind 24/7; once the threshold is crossed the storm protocol begins (line reinforcement, hatch checks), and within 48 hours after the storm a photo report drops into your panel. The whole winter setup is in the GocekOffline programme.
See the live storm watch ↓ →The captain says "replace it"
"I trust my captain, but... I can't really tell whether the batteries have reached the end of their life."
We don't judge; we measure. An Independent Second Opinion takes a reading on site and reports one of three outcomes: needed, not needed, can wait. The first measurement is free. The report most often confirms the captain; if you like, it's shared with them and the decision is settled by the facts. Your captain stays in post - Care sits alongside as the technical verification layer.
See a "replacement not needed" record in the panel →An undocumented history
"I had maintenance done for years; when it comes to selling, I've not got a single piece of paper."
Every job, with its invoice and evidence photos, is written into your boat's report card; on the day you sell you take away a single PDF - the Value File. A boat with a documented history sells both faster and at its true value.
See a sample check report →What happens if something goes wrong is written down from the start - not a promise, but a clause:
These clauses are written into your service contract word for word; you see them mirrored in every job file in your panel.
How it works
We inspect your boat on site: a photographed handover check + an honest assessment of the current state. You set the spending limits.
In the first report, what's urgent, what's scheduled, what's only a suggestion - classified and reasoned. The winter/spring maintenance calendar is settled together.
An itemised quote for each job; with economy/recommended/premium options where useful. One-tap approval, refusal or a question from the panel.
The job runs to the evidence standard: before, removal, the new part, after, function test. If there's a delay we tell you without hiding it.
Our team inspects the job and, if accepted, writes it into the health record with the warranty details. You start the season with your boat on the same day.
⚡ Emergency response24/7 emergency line
Taking on water, storm damage, an electrical leak: we're at your boat the same day around Göcek. Immediate intervention within the limit you set, followed by a documented report.
🌊 Storm protocolFrom warning to report
On a storm warning your boat is prepared in advance (line reinforcement, hatch checks); within 48 hours after the storm a photo check report drops into your panel.
📷 "Show me my boat"Within 24 hours
Request a current photo/video from the panel in one tap - your boat's state today is in your hands within 24 hours. No need to give a reason.

Nothing is left to chance
We question every quote as if it were our own budget, and make every decision in the boat's interest. Our income is single and open; the side we represent is always your boat.
Your bargaining power
The right team
✗Finding a trustworthy craftsman is hard; once you do, demanding a warranty, a contract and a standard is harder still.
✓Our own expert team does the work; when authorised service or specialist expertise is needed, we bring it in from our approved network. Either way, the written warranty, the quality standard and the single responsibility sit with us.
Knowing the price
✗You don't know the market; you're at the mercy of the single quote in front of you.
✓We hold a price memory from hundreds of jobs: we weed out both the extortionate and the cheap-looking-but-below-standard.
Materials and parts
✗You can't verify whether the fitted part is original or a copy; most of the time there's no paperwork either.
✓Parts come from our supplier network: the brand and serial number are written in the quote, and the invoice is added to your evidence file.
Yard and calendar
✗The haul-out slot, crane and craftsman's calendar are chased one by one; the season is delayed.
✓We plan the yard, crane and craftsman calendar over the winter months; your boat is in the water on the season's first day.
Inspection and record
The quality of the work
✗Was the job done well - to know, you'd have to be an expert yourself.
✓Independent quality control accepts by measurement; a job that fails isn't closed, and putting it right isn't invoiced to you.
Word and record
✗A verbal deal; when a problem arises you've no evidence at all.
✓Written approval, a time-stamped record, photo evidence and a warranty - all in your file.
Middleman dependence
✗You can't tell what commission the captain/middleman takes from whom.
✓A single, open coordination fee; if there's an affiliated firm, it's declared in the quote.
An insurance claim
✗On the day of a loss you've no document to counter the insurer's "maintenance neglect" objection.
✓A documented maintenance history + a photographed damage assessment: it meets the loss-adjuster process with a file, and we coordinate the process.
While you're away
Emergencies and storms
✗News of the storm reaches you while you're far away; you've no way to respond.
✓We track the wind 24/7; the protocol begins on its own, and we're at your boat the same day.
Small faults
✗Noticed months later; the cost grows exponentially.
✓A routine check catches it early: today's small seam job prevents next year's big teak bill.
Accumulated experience
✗You learn every fault on your own boat, for the first time and the expensive way.
✓We learn from every boat we look after: a problem that shows up on one becomes an early check on yours.
Language and distance
✗Abroad, the bargaining, the paperwork and the craftsman contact are a job in themselves.
✓The on-site team solves everything on the spot; only a clear summary reaches you - the panel is in Turkish and English.
Over the long term
The day of sale
✗An undocumented history is the buyer's strongest card in the haggle.
✓The Value File: a documented boat sells both faster and at its true value.
Orderly accounts
✗Five craftsmen, five negotiations, five invoices - and the tracking is on you too.
✓A single point of contact, a single regular statement; every line tied to a job file and your approval.

Routine voltage tracking - no new battery set needed at the season's start
~400-800 € avoidedA single early diagnosis covers several times the annual management fee; starting the season on time and trouble-free is added on top of that.

Good to know
The work is mostly done by our own team; our income is the openly shown management/service fee, which you see on a separate line in the quote. When an outside expert or authorised service steps in, their cost is passed on one-to-one with the invoice - there's no hidden margin added inside.
No. You only set an emergency spending limit in advance (e.g. 500 € for intervention to protect the boat from damage). Every job beyond that awaits your written approval; even emergency responses are reported afterwards with the reason, evidence and cost.
In your panel you'll find each job's before/after photos, the parts removed and fitted, the function test and the invoice. On top of that, every job passes our team's quality control after the craftsman says "done" - if it fails, it's put right, and you only see the result.
The Monitoring package is made for exactly this: periodic checks, a photo report and an emergency alert. And in the panel you see only what you need - the status, the report and, if there is one, a single decision awaiting approval.
The pre-season checklist is completed in March, the gaps are closed and a pre-delivery sea trial is done. Your panel's "season readiness" indicator shows progress against the target date from start to finish; if there's a risk of delay we tell you without hiding it.
Keys are held in a locked key cabinet at our office, with a signed custody record. Every entry to the boat (who, when, for which job) is logged in the system and visible in your panel. Neither our team nor an outside expert ever boards the boat alone and off the record.
We document the damage with a photographed assessment report, and coordinate the correspondence with your insurer and the loss-adjuster appointment; the repair quote and evidence file are presented ready for the adjuster process. The panel also reminds you of your policy renewal date.
No. Maintenance and wintering processes are independent of the flag; the document-tracking module keeps foreign-flag paperwork too (registry, VAT status, etc.) with date alerts. Invoicing is arranged to suit your needs.
Yes, Fethiye's marinas and yards are in our service area. For locations outside Göcek-Fethiye (Marmaris, Bodrum, etc.) we can talk under a seasonal contract.
Care comes alongside your captain, not in their place. The day-to-day stays with your captain; we add measurement, documentation, price memory and craftsman bargaining power. For a recommendation you're unsure about, an Independent Second Opinion is taken: measured on site, reported as "needed / not needed / can wait". The first is free; the ones after are on a fixed fee agreed in advance. This is valuable for your captain too: no captain has to be an expert on every system; a matter no one is sure of is moved from argument to measurement and settled by the facts. If you like, your captain is given limited access in the panel: they report the status and follow the jobs - without access to the financials.
